Senior Baptiste Teacher, Mark White founded MBody Yoga in 2005, opening the first location in the Southside area of Jacksonville. In 2009, White opened the doors of MBody Yoga Neptune Beach and MStore in the Cobalt Moon Center in Neptune Beach.
In addition to providing classes seven days a week, we offer many innovative and pioneering workshops, events and teacher training programs year-round.
Senior Baptiste Teacher Mark White, E-RYT200, offers a 200 hour Teacher Certification Program biannually. This transformative program is for anyone – whether you want to teach yoga or not
MStore sells reasonably-priced, high-end yoga and urban retail as well as everything a practitioner needs for practice including mats, blocks, straps, books, DVDs and more.
Power Vinyasa classes are offered 7 days a week by experienced, energetic and knowledgeable staff.
MBody Yoga seeks to engrain itself in the community through charity events, community outreach programs, and partnerships with area businesses.
